P4 Products was founded in 2020, part of the Poly Plastics Group of companies, as you can probably guess, plastic is our speciality.
Having a desire to enter the domestic & retail markets whilst utilising our own UK based plastic injection moulding and vacuum forming businesses. We wanted to bring great quality products direct to our customers.
We started P4 Products with a range of our standard Leisure and Homeware products. Our biggest investment being our own range of beautiful Storage Baskets, these are available in a range of colours, sizes, and our own special stackable design
We design our own tooling, and we can also supply retail/wholesale.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company and thus growing the company. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales deals alongside the Sales Manager, and maintaining good customer relationships is key.
You must be an excellent communicator, have superior people skills and comfortable presenting the products, services over the phone.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to Sales Manager.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner – Later date.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Work alongside marketing to ensure sales and marketing are working together.
- Proven experience as telesales or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant software e.g. CRM software and telephone systems.
- Good knowledge of marketing.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address.
- Experience in selling to large retail companies – As a potential door opener.
- Experience in dealing with online selling, ebay, E-Commerce stores
There is opportunity to work from home 2-3 days a week, earn commission, earn more commission on larger volumes and much more. PLUS a competitive salary.
