Plas-tech was established in 1994 by our Chairman, Rick Rial. Rick’s first project was to design a moulding that would allow casting of small chocolate telephones for a marketing campaign by a local telecommunications company. Since then, the company has grown from strength to strength and we now work in strategic partnership with some of the UK’s leading organisations across multiple market sectors.

We specialise in the manufacture of specially engineered vacuum formed plastic components and use a variety of thermoforming techniques to meet our customers’ specifications.

We pride ourselves on our professional, personal service, our flexibility and our ability to complete the job in hand to the highest of standards. Whether our clients require bespoke design, technical issues solving, rapid prototyping or a service they can rely upon – we can deliver.

Our manufacturing and technical capabilities are the best in the business and we undertake all of our projects at our state of the art 4.5 acre facility in East Yorkshire, which was formally part of RAF Catfoss – a Royal Air Force Station during the Second World War. We stay up to date with current technology and believe our technical capabilities are unrivalled.

We are very pleased to announce the large investment made in the form of a new CNC Milling machine. The new Hurco VMX30i will further strengthen our toolroom for both Plas-Tech and Protomould.
